I provide individual, family counselling, as well as parent coaching. I have over 10 years of experience providing therapy, consultation, training and support for individuals who neurodivergent as well as mental health challenges such as Anxiety, Depression, trauma, school challenges, life transitions, and relationship issues. I have a Masters in Counselling Psychology and a Post Graduate Certificate in Autism and Behavioral Science.
I have worked in a variety of community agencies such as Surrey Place Centre, Geneva Centre and Sick Kids. I use a strength-based and collaborative approach to connect with my clients. I support clients in processing challenges and empowering their ability to make choices that will achieve their goals.
I use a variety of evidence based therapeutic approaches. These include Applied Behavioral Analysis, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, and Narrative Therapy. I utilize an anti – oppressive and a trauma informed lens in all the work I do. I offer a safe and judgement free space.
