Welcome! I am a Registered Psychotherapist working with individuals navigating the journey of starting and raising a family. I have a particular interest working with postpartum anxiety and depression, matrescence, birth trauma, and the challenges of parenthood. I hold a Master's Degrees in Counselling Psychology and a Master's in Early Childhood Studies. With training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and as a Certified Brainspotting practitioner, I offer a supportive space to address emotional stressors that life can bring to us.

My work is founded in collaboration, tailoring how we approach therapy together. Brainspotting is a powerful, trauma-focused approach that promotes resilience and emotional well-being during this transformative time, and EFT helps strengthen emotional bonds and foster secure, trusting relationships with self and others.

Therapy can be a great resource for renewing our understanding of ourselves and the relationships that make up our lives. We can restore hope, joy, and a sense of connection.
