I focus my work to couples and individual counselling, particularly those navigating the journey to starting a family and raising young children. With training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and Brainspotting, I use a supportive environment where people can explore their emotions and strengthen their bonds. I hold that intimacy and sex can often be influenced during this time, and I take a thoughtful, non-judgmental approach to help enhance emotional and physical connections. My goal is to help you and your partner (re)discover joy, trust, and resilience in your relationship.
My work is founded in collaboration, tailoring how we approach therapy together. Through the (EFT) approach, we can build the capacity to tend to our relationships, learn about ourselves, redefine our roles, and to access the resources to improve our quality of life. EFT is a long-term model that offers significant and lasting change.
