I believe in empowering people to make changes. I work with clients experiencing stress, anxiety, depression and other issues. Together we find strategies to address these issues with a view to restoring functioning and happiness. I believe in fostering my clients' strengths and innate resilience in a warm, collaborative, empathic environment.
As a generalist, I treat a variety of issues with customized evidence-based interventions. I also specialize in the mental health of athletes, coaches and performing artists.
I completed my Ph.D. at Boston University, and did my clinical training at McLean Hospital, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School, and Bellevue Hospital Center, an affiliate of New York University School of Medicine. I am currently completing a course in Mental Health in Elite Sport through the International Olympic Committee.
