Counselling is about connection. Many of us keep our struggles to ourselves, or try to navigate them alone. It is helpful to have a safe person to be there for you. Maybe you have experienced a big life change, struggle with self-esteem, or feel overwhelmed by something in your life. You don't have to hold that inside or go through it alone. If there are patterns in your life that you don't know how to change, if you want to know yourself better, or if there is something in your life that you want to take a closer look at, I would love to hear from you.
I believe in building a trusting connection so that you can feel comfortable. I provide a safe space for folks of all genders, ethnicities, cultures, sexual orientations and bodies. In sessions I provide a supportive and non-judgemental environment to explore what is important to you.
I love what I do and I consider this role such a privilege. It truly is an honour to hear someone’s story and accompany them as they pursue their goals. I believe the passion I have for connection makes me an effective counsellor. You can tell when someone genuinely cares about you, and that is what my clients experience.
