About
We are all deserving and capable of enjoying fulfilling romantic and sexual relationships. Connection is the key to a life lived full. Connection to yourself first and foremost— awareness of your emotions, body sensations, values, and needs. Believing fully in your inherent worth, flaws and all. Connecting to others through a practice of empathy, vulnerability, and reliability is how we create strong relationships to our loved ones and the world around us.
I bring to the work specialized training in sex therapy and couples therapy. I am judgement-free, compassionate, and fully supportive of people of all gender identities, sexual orientations, and relationship styles including polyamory, non-monogamy. I am committed to ongoing training in anti-oppression, anti-racism, relationships, sexuality, and trauma.
I see you, the client, to be the expert on your own life. I have seen how therapy is often a process of unlearning societal messages and coming back to the wisdom within. In our sessions together, we will work to create a life on your own terms. Reach out for your free and confidential phone consultation offered with no commitment. I can't wait to meet you!
