Clients often seek psychological services when they desire understanding, support, and direction. What this looks like for each client is unique to their circumstances, but with me it may involve assessment, diagnosis (if relevant), or therapy. My goal with assessment is to ensure a client feels seen and heard, and to use my knowledge and education to determine if a person's struggles can be conceptualized within a psychological framework. From there, my intent is to provide suggestions that are supported by research and relevant to a person's needs.

I specialize in the assessment of neurodevelopmental disorders (Learning Disorders, ADHD, and Intellectual Disorders). I also assess for giftedness, and the juxtaposition of giftedness with disability (Twice Exceptionality). Conditions that wax and wane over time- mood and/or anxiety disorders- are often addressed through assessment and therapy.

When I meet with a person and/or their loved ones, my hope is to provide a space where you feel safe and supported enough to share your authentic stories with me. I use a person-centred approach, and I focus on meeting my clients where they are at to foster trust and security. From this place, we can walk together and lay a path to your unique goals.
