Encountering distress of any kind can be incredibly overwhelming, isolating, and even defeating to some. A sense of suffering is a universally innate human characteristic, and we sometimes require the assistance of someone outside of ourselves and our closest relationships in order to understand and/or identify the roots of these troubles. In doing so, we open the door and provide ourselves with the opportunity to live a life congruent to our individual needs, and inline with our true values.
I bring a holistic, individualized, and humanistic vision to my work with clients. I believe that establishing a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for success, and will therefore work to use my well-developed empathy, openness, genuine curiosity, and patience, in order to co-construct a safe, secure and trusting rapport with you.
