| Français I have experience working with adults and youth dealing with anxiety, depression, work/school issues, relationship issues, parenting and family issues, trauma, and suicidal ideation. I have helped clients with diagnoses that include Generalized Anxiety Disorder, PTSD, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. I have experience working with at-risk youth and youth involved in the youth criminal justice system. I am completely fluent in both English and French and provide services in both languages. I am a Registered Social Worker in both Ontario and Nova Scotia and am available to clients located anywhere in those provinces.
My goal is to help you find your path forward. Together we’ll develop tools and insights to help you identify the root of what you’re going through, how to notice and react to the difficult thoughts and feelings that arise, and how to make the choices that bring you back in line with what’s important to you.
My style is compassionate but straightforward. We'll start from where you are and work at a pace that you're comfortable with. I believe the most meaningful change happens when clients feel empowered to make decisions for themselves.
