Hi! My name is Caroline Chassé, I am a registered clinical Social Worker and an Equine Assisted Psychotherapist/Equine professional. I offer counseling in English or French. As a therapist, I combine systems theory, neuroscience, nature, art, science of relationships, and horses. One of my great passions is to bring healing to those who have experienced trauma through their lifespan. And a pure delight is to see my clients self-actualizing through embodied change in the process of psychotherapy.
Together, we will build a strong, collaborative, and secure relationship with the goal of modeling future connected relationships in your life. I offer help and support in reframing old beliefs that no longer serve purposes. I will lend a regulated nervous system, so you can learn to eventually feel free, safe, and sound again.
