I have been working with children, adolescents and adults for more than 20 years. I am Bilingual (Spanish and English) Registered Art therapist, Registered Counsellor, Yoga Teacher and a Reiki Master. I offer Counselling in Osoyoos.

My clients are children and adults, individuals, couples, and families interested in obtaining support for healing and growth from trauma, grief, chronic illness, anxiety and depression. I employ clinical and expressive art therapy and traditional methods. I provide support to professional caregivers, front-line workers, and counsellors, via individual counselling, expressive therapy sessions, and training . I also have experience providing clinical supervision for counsellors and social work students. I focus on discovering HOPE and strengths while helping you meet your challenges, whether they are personal, family or work related.

“Nothing about us without us” is a movement in the Autistic community that is foundational in the support provided to Neurodiverse persons and their families. I am passionate about helping individuals and families thrive. I work with families from diverse backgrounds and am dedicated to providing culturally-sensitive care. As a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor who also has lived experience as an Autistic person, I understand the nuanced needs of autistic adults and families needing support for their neurodiverse children.

I offer empathetic, integrative, and meaning driven counselling. Whether you are encountering separation from your authentic self, encountering a life transition, feeling a desire for more depth, undergoing a relationship difficulty, or facing other barriers in your life, I can offer the foundation for insight, awareness, self compassion, and motivation to help uncover what matters most. Using meaning and intention we will uncover what really matters along the way, building a foundation for the future that holds more potential, creativity and wholeness.

I work primarily with adult (19+) individuals who want to find freedom from the patterns they can’t seem to understand or can’t seem to change. Perhaps you are burdened with anxiety; perhaps want to become your authentic self; maybe you want to explore troubling relationship patterns; or maybe you find yourself repeating behaviours despite your best intentions to change. Whatever it is that brings you here, welcome! Even in life’s most painful, disorienting moments, I believe reconnecting with the essence of who we are provides us with wisdom that can propel us forward. I'm here to help you do just that.
