My ideal client is tired of saying yes, tired of having to do everything themselves and looking for balance instead of burnout. I support women in transition, or women considering transitions and help to figure out what is important and how to prioritize our nervous system, health and well being, first and foremost. We work together to re-build your lost sense of self and find a pathway into a more enjoyable, less burdened way of being. My clients are ready to begin caring for themselves in a way that works by stabilizing the nervous system, exploring and prioritizing values and implementing changes to be in alignment with self.

I help clients shift out of survival patterns by offering a safe, attuned space to explore their emotions, heal relational wounds, and reconnect with their authentic selves. Through present-moment work, regulation, and boundary support, clients build resilience, clarity, and the capacity to live with more grounding, meaning, and freedom.
