We are currently ACCEPTING clients. Our team has years of experience and knowledge to help you with stress, anxiety disorders, OCD, depression, adult ADHD, post-traumatic stress disorders (PTSD), grief and loss (infertility, illness, bereavement), couple counselling and various relationship issues as well as a multitude of life transitions. We understand the complexities of new parents and those who have adopted children. We understand sports psychology and the issues that arise from being involved in sports. Collectively we work with ages 12 to 99. We offer bilingual services. We are allies of the LGBTQ+ community.
We believe in education and training and accessible services. As a result, we often have interns that will offer reduced fees. We offer virtual and in-person sessions (in Kingston). We believe in quality mental health services and fully understand regional differences and the nuances of culture. We have advanced training in CBT, DBT, EFT & EMDR.
At Ensemble Counselling, we work together to honour wellness, mental health and harmony for individuals, couples, families and communities. We strive to help people from the Kingston, Ottawa, Quinte and the communities along the Northern Corridor: Cochrane, Kapuskasing and Hearst. We are here to walk on your journey with you, together.
