I’m a Registered Social Worker (BSW, RSW) and Emotional Health Practitioner with over 10 years of experience supporting children, individuals, and families.
My practice is different from typical talk therapy as I use practical tools grounded in "Neural Network Therapy (NNT) to help clients understand their brain function while developing mindfulness and behavioural skills, which helps them rewire brain patterns that lead to negative thoughts, emotions and behaviours.”
I am particularly passionate about working with Single parents, blended families.
My practice is rooted in a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive approach that aim to empower individuals to recognize their strengths and potential, heal from the burdens of trauma, shame, set healthy boundaries, improve relationships with self and others, and find purpose, peace, and joy in their lives.
