As a Registered Nurse, Psychotherapist and Psychiatric Nurse in the province of Ontario, I have been providing psychiatric and mental health nursing care for over 30 years to individuals and groups. I specialize in women's health and have expert knowledge and experience in the major mental health diagnoses. On my own wellness journey and recovering from complex ptsd, I have embraced body-based therapies and found great healing and wisdom.
