We specialize in a variety of concerns including anger, anxiety, depression, domestic violence and trauma. We work with you to help you identify your goals in therapy and equip you with tools to help you live your best.
Our specialties are in anger management, domestic violence, anxiety, and depression, utilizing models that are laced with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, Reality Therapy, Schema Therapy and Solution-Focused approaches. Other areas of interest include PTSD, stress management, self-harm, suicide ideation, and mindfulness.
