As a Registered Nurse and Canadian Certified Counsellor, I specialize in trauma therapy and EMDR. I use an integrative mind-body approach, drawing from CBT, DBT, IFS, mindfulness, and my nursing background to help clients process experiences, understand patterns, build resilience, and create lasting change.
