You may appear to have it all together, yet beneath the surface feel anxious, overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck. Perhaps you've spent years putting others first, struggling with boundaries, or carrying the weight of trauma and high-stress experiences. You may feel something deeper has been overlooked or misunderstood. Drawing on my background in nursing, psychotherapy, and mental health, I take a holistic, trauma-informed approach that considers the whole person, not just symptoms. I have a special interest in supporting those who have experienced trauma, including first responders, military members, and veterans.
As a Registered Nurse and Canadian Certified Counsellor with over 20 years of experience with supporting others, I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and ADHD. Drawing on EMDR, CBT, DBT, and IFS-informed approaches, I tailor therapy to your unique needs, helping you process difficult experiences, build resilience, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
My professional background and lived experience with trauma have deepened my compassion and understanding of the healing journey. I know how important it is to feel truly seen, heard, and understood.
