I am passionate about helping others to heal from trauma, build self-understanding, and develop effective coping strategies to get them moving towards their personal goals. I offer a compassionate, trauma-informed approach grounded in research, clinical training, and lived experience.
I support clients impacted by trauma (childhood, adult, sexual, occupational, birth) IPV, ADHD, ASD, anxiety, OCD, depression, addictions, disordered eating, body image, grief, burnout, health, parenting.
As a Registered Nurse and Canadian Certified Counsellor, I offer an unique and integrative, mind-body approach to therapy that honours the whole person. Drawing on therapeutic modalities such as EMDR, CBT, DBT, IFS, and mindfulness, I support clients in healing, building resilience, and moving toward greater balance, insight, and overall wellness.
