About

Therapy for ADHD, Anxiety, Anger, and Eating Disorders. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) working with adults and teens on a variety of presenting concerns including ADHD, Anger, Anxiety, Eating Disorders, and Interpersonal and Coping Skills. I use an integrated, client-centered approach to helping my clients, and strive to tailor sessions to your goals, needs, and unique context. I am passionate about working with a diverse client population, therefore, my practice welcomes differing communities (i.e., LGBTQ2S+, Sex-Positive, Nonmonogamy, Body Positivity, etc.).
In my practice, I use a number of psychotherapeutic approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), CBT, and Psychodynamic approaches, to help clients understand the root of issues as we look towards building a better future. In a safe and non-judgmental space, I work from a strengths-based and trauma-informed framework.
I'm committed to providing you with attentive, warm, and supportive care, as we address the challenges you may be experiencing now, while wading through the swamp of difficulties and pain that may have been your past. I offer a free 15-minute initial phone consult to make sure we're a good fit. Send me an email or give me a call - I'd be happy to talk.
