As a former midwife & lactation consultant, I bring an in-depth understanding of the unique needs & challenges that individuals face during their pregnancy & postpartum journeys. As a mother myself, I understand the demands of motherhood & the untethering that can happen as we adjust to new identities, new roles, & new relationships.
With compassion & understanding, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to listen to your story & help you reconnect with what truly matters in your life. Whether you are experiencing postpartum depression or anxiety, are struggling after a pregnancy loss or traumatic birth experience, or you are feeling like a stranger to yourself, I am here for you.
I understand that life can be challenging, especially when you have a new baby or are struggling after a pregnancy loss. That's why I offer virtual therapy sessions to support you through any issues you may be facing from the comfort of your own home. I also provide in-home visits to those living in the Barrie, ON area for the first 12 weeks postpartum.
