Hello! I work with adults of all genders during the perinatal period (pregnancy, birth, and postpartum). Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by new responsibilities, experiencing shifts in your relationships, or struggling to find your identity amidst these changes, I am here to support you. As a former midwife and lactation consultant, I bring an in-depth understanding of the unique needs and challenges that individuals face during their pregnancy and postpartum journeys. As a mother myself, I understand the demands of motherhood and the untethering that can happen as we adjust to new identities, new roles, and new relationships.
With compassion and understanding, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to listen to your story and help you reconnect with what truly matters in your life. Whether you are experiencing postpartum anxiety or depression, are struggling after a pregnancy loss or traumatic birth experience, or you are feeling like a stranger to yourself, I am here for you.
I understand that life can be challenging, especially when you have a new baby or are struggling after a pregnancy loss. That's why I offer virtual therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home to work through any issues you may be facing during your pregnancy, birth, or postpartum journey. I also provide in-person sessions for those in Barrie, Ontario.
