I believe therapy is about supporting your innate strengths and wisdom. Whether you’re struggling to slow down, afraid of failing, or never feel good enough (been there); I will listen and support you in cultivating greater awareness and compassion. I specialize in supporting folks struggling with perfectionism, inner criticism, anxiety, inadequacy, and difficult transitions (career, school, relationships). We'll discuss your goals, reconnect with your values, and explore ways to move through life's difficulties so you can do more of what matters to you.
I'm authentic, playful (when appropriate), & relaxed; balancing support & validation with explorations of areas for change. I use an integrative approach, drawing primarily from somatic practices, mindfulness, ACT, & narrative therapy. I bring a trauma-informed and anti-oppressive stance grounded in LGBTQ2S+, ethical non-monogamy, and sex positivity.
My clients tend to be ambitious women in their 20s & 30s, creatives, activists, counsellors/social workers, & graduate students grappling with a sense of "not good enough." I am registered to work with clients based in Ontario. I book weekly or biweekly sessions Mon-Fri, 1pm-6pm. Evenings spots are limited and I do not work on weekends.
