My practice draws on evidence-based therapies through a trauma informed lens with a compassionate foundation such as Play Therapy, Compassionate Focus therapy, Emotionally Focused therapy, Filial Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Person Centred, and Trauma Informed.
I strive to empower children to develop the necessary skills to cope with their difficulties.
