I help children ages 6+ learn to manage emotions, build confidence, and navigate life’s changes. Sessions are playful, creative, and engaging, with the option of a certified therapy dog by our side. Using ACT and CBT strategies, I make therapy approachable and meaningful for kids and families.

You don’t have to face this alone, and neither does your child. Together, we can create a space where they feel safe, understood, and capable of growing through life’s challenges. I’d be honoured to walk alongside your family as your child develops the tools to thrive.
