Are you looking for a calm and compassionate counsellor to support you on your wellness journey? I provide support for people looking to step into greater well-being whether that be improved self compassion, self esteem, and peace; healthier relationship dynamics; or a clearer sense of purpose and direction. People come in wanting to work through issues such as traumatic events, challenging relationship patterns, stress at work or home, anxiety, anger, and other internal challenges that may feel stuck in a holding pattern.
I work in partnership with clients to develop a therapeutic approach that works best for their systems. Everyone is unique in what they need! I’m trained in a variety of models including EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and talk-based therapies, and like to weave together therapies in ways that engage cognitive and creative parts of the brain.
I work with people ages 16 plus and wholeheartedly embrace and support the exploration of gender, relationship configurations, and sexual orientations.
