My approach to therapy is always genuine, authentic, and client led. My experience in this field started by supporting those enduring crisis. I have a great passion for suicide prevention, intervention, and safety planning. I have spent the last five years working with female victims/survivors of domestic/intimate partner violence which has allowed me to understand and empathize the various journeys we take as individuals. I believe that everyone is entitled to having their stories heard and their emotions validated.
I specialize in treating relationship issues by helping individuals and couples to navigate life's challenges by improving their communication, understanding their emotions, and encouraging them to build deeper and healthier connections.
As a therapist, I have the privilege to sit in the passenger seat and empower my clients to reach their full potential. Therapy can be intimidating, however I strive to create a safe space for clients to feel heard, validated, and in control.
