Through this process my clients develop a more in depth understanding of themselves which enables more authentic living.
As an integrative therapist I draw from several therapeutic frameworks in order to meet your unique needs. My main modality is internal family systems therapy, but I also have training, and experience in emotion focused therapy, somatic therapy, mindfulness, attachment theory, dialectical behavioural therapy, and many others.
Even more important than therapeutic style is feeling comfortable with your therapist. I strive to offer a supportive environment that allows you to challenge yourself, heal and become even more of who you are. I look forward to meeting you and seeing how I can help.
