Whether you are looking for support as you navigate life's changes, or are struggling to manage anxious thoughts or low mood, I'm ready to meet you exactly where you are. My therapeutic style is warm, accepting, flexible and conversational. I believe clients are the experts of their own lives and I approach our work together with curiosity and humility. As a queer and neurodivergent woman, I understand how the systems we live within shape our lives, and am committed to an intersectional, feminist, anti-oppressive approach to therapy.

I take an eclectic approach with clients, pulling from different modalities to best suit the needs of the client. I aim to explore your experiences and understand the meaning that you have attached to them. I strive to help clients heal by working with them to feel at home in their bodies and to live an authentic life that aligns with their values.
If you'd like to explore the possibility of working together, feel free to reach out to me to book a 20-30 minute virtual consult to learn more about each other. I offer in-person and online sessions, and can offer sliding scale prices for those in need.
