Hi! I’m Emma, a Master’s student in Counselling Psychology currently completing my practicum at Greener Pastures Psychology. My aim to offer a warm, supportive, & non-judgmental space where my clients feel comfortable being themselves. This will make sharing what’s been weighing on them a less daunting task. I understand that starting therapy can feel intimidating, so I want my clients to know I prioritize working at a pace that feels safe, collaborative, and respectful of each person’s unique experience.
My approach is grounded in Narrative therapy & Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I draw on my academic background in sociology to understand the social and cultural factors that shape lived experience, as well as my studies in nutrition and dietetics, which have helped inform my appreciation of the mind–body connection alongside overall wellbeing.
I'm passionate about supporting my clients in developing awareness, self-compassion, and practical tools for navigating through difficulties. I can't wait to meet you!
