I am deeply committed to building authentic and collaborative relationships with clients. My work is largely informed by Person-Centered Therapy which is grounded in authentic, accepting, and empathic therapeutic engagement. I tailor my approach to meeting clients’ specific needs and enjoy incorporating expressive arts therapies, mindfulness, and somatic practices into therapy sessions when clients choose to. My training in multicultural counselling and social justice has also informed my passion for providing inclusive, safe, and individualized care for clients of all backgrounds.
Working from a collaborative and trauma-informed approach, I do my best to provide a warm and nonjudgmental space for adolescents and adults to freely explore their concerns.
