In my somatic coaching practice, we can discover what turns you on, what hits the brakes, and what else (shame, fear, fantasies, upbringing) shapes your romantic and sexual life. We can identify your boundaries and how to deeply connect to yourself, your partners and the moment. I work with women and gender diverse people. I’m a Sexuality, Intimacy and Relationship Coach with 20+ years in social services and a passion for coaching others to live their best lives. I offer a unique and effective approach to intimacy coaching, aimed at achieving results. I offer a free 20 min intro session, after which you and I will decide on whether it’s a good fit and make a plan of action.

Love and intimacy can be deep, beautiful, funny, ecstatic, heartbreaking, healing, transformative and spicy, but they make us feel fully alive.
