I am an experienced counselling therapist and sexuality educator who is passionate about helping people feel empowered to enjoy pleasure, their bodies and sexuality. I believe that connecting to ourselves through sensual pleasure can enhance our overall well-being and build confidence and comfort in ourselves. My skills and expertise lie in working with women, non-binary, and trans folks who want to explore and improve their relationship with their body, pleasure, and sexuality. I also offer pregnancy options and abortion support.
I take a strengths-based and person-centered approach to therapy that is collaborative and non-judgmental. Using a trauma-informed, queer-affirming, and feminist lens I strive for clients to feel like they have equal power in the therapeutic relationship and feel safe and comfortable being themselves with me.
Going to therapy can feel vulnerable; especially when exploring sexuality and your relationship with body and pleasure. I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their concerns with compassion and acceptance.
