Whether your goal is to work on emotional literacy & emotional regulation, self-esteem & self-compassion, individual or couples work, or to develop insight and understanding of the impact of past experiences, I can provide empathic support and tailored interventions that assist you along the way.
When working with couples or individuals I will explore the varying attachment styles, how individuals communicate their needs and emotions, and help identify problem patterns. My specialties are in working with couples or individuals who have trouble accessing and regulating their emotions or expressing themselves authentically.
