Accepting new clients - I offer bilingual (French or English) virtual therapy to individuals age 16+ who struggle with anxiety, depression, grief, fertility, perinatal mental health, and/or trauma. You can expect therapy with me to be non-judgemental, compassionate, and focused on your unique needs and journey. My goal is to create a safe environment where you can freely express yourself and be supported in the therapeutic process.
Trained in art therapy, we can weave in creative interventions (i.e., writing, painting, sculpting, drawing) to help you explore, process and grow.
