About
I am a doctoral-level Registered Psychologist with 11 years of education and training. I completed my PhD in Clinical Psychology at McGill University and subsequently pursued specialized postdoctoral training at Stanford University. I have expertise in treating adults with a variety of mental and physical health concerns. I am a specialist in the treatment of chronic pain and cancer. I also have a particular interest in working with individuals experiencing perfectionism. I commonly work with high achievers, physicians, and executives who are struggling to navigate co-occurring physical and mental health difficulties.
My therapeutic style is warm, flexible, and collaborative. I integrate solution-focused, evidence-based treatments with documented effectiveness, to promote insight, enhance coping and improve well-being. At the onset of our work together, we will establish specific goals and develop a personalized treatment plan to generate meaningful, long-lasting change.
I am well prepared to help you effectively manage the challenges you currently face. You are well poised to reduce your suffering and move towards full engagement in your life. It would be my privilege to accompany you on your journey towards improved well-being. If you are eager to build momentum for change, contact me to book a free phone consultation.
