Hi, I’m Emily—a pre-licensed psychotherapist (MACP practicum student) working under clinical supervision, alongside my concurrent practice as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse (7+ years). I support adults navigating anxiety, burnout, and complex trauma with a relational, grounded, and collaborative approach that centers curiosity, self-awareness, and compassion. I’m not accepting new clients at this time. A waitlist is available; if you’d like to be added, I’ll contact you when a spot opens.
I offer a supportive space to explore the roots of distress—whether it’s anxiety, burnout, or stuck patterns. With a background in psychiatric nursing and a trauma-informed, relational lens, I integrate parts work, mindfulness, and emotion-focused approaches to help you build insight and move toward meaningful growth, change, and healing.
