Hello! My name is Emily - I have a supportive approach to counselling where I believe in your ability to grow and change through adversity. I am here to show up authentically and help you understand how your experiences have shaped your life today. I use a multitude of trauma-informed and relationally based approaches to help you understand your patterns and create wanted changes in your life. You are not alone, and together we can help you find whatever you are searching for.

I work with people who have gone through wounding experiences that have manifested in maladaptive behavioural, cognitive, and physiological patterns. Additionally, I work with Indigenous peoples as an ally that utilizes anti-oppressive, culturally safe, and resilience based frameworks. I operate from the core belief that all identities are worthy.

I believe we all have inherent wisdom and internal truth. My goal is to help you find healing through self-discovery and by coming to recognize the intrinsic strength within you. I will meet you where you are at and we can work together to create goals that will address your concerns or make changes that will help you to live the life you want to live.
