Maybe you’ve been holding things together for a long time, but lately it’s becoming harder to keep doing it on your own. I work with teens and adults navigating trauma, neurodivergence, anxiety, relationships, and life transitions, as well as families seeking support in understanding and supporting their neurodivergent loved ones. You don’t need to have the right words or know exactly what you need. Therapy begins with relationship, a space where you can feel safe, understood, and genuinely seen. Together, we’ll make sense of your experiences and find a way forward that feels right for you.

I’m an integrative therapist with particular experience in trauma, neurodiversity, and supporting neurodivergent individuals and their families. I also offer Christian, faith-based counselling for those who wish to integrate their faith and worldview into therapy.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. Maybe you simply know that something feels heavy, or that you’re tired of carrying it alone. Wherever you are starting from, we can begin there. My hope is to offer a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported as you take your next steps toward healing.
