About

Have you ever driven home from work and ended up in the drive way with no idea how you got there? Thinking the same thoughts over and over and not been able to get to sleep? Reacted by saying things you wish you hadn’t? Yep, we’ve all been there. Through learning evidence-based mindfulness exercises, my clients learn how to re-wire their brains, change their inner dialogue, and create more space in their lives.
I am an Accredited Mindfulness Teacher and a member of the Academy of Naturopaths and Naturotherapists holding a Master of Science in Mindfulness-Based Interventions from University College Dublin. My sessions are structured, interactive, and focus on stepping out of our usual self-narratives by cultivating present-moment awareness.
By becoming more present to what’s happening in our inner and outer worlds, we have the opportunity turn reactions into more creative responses. We all have minds that have minds of their own, and the good news is that we can do something about it! Book a free consultation to get going.

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an evidence-based, interactive, and structured course. Designed by Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1979 at the University of Massachusetts, this course has helped over 24,000 participants world-wide live with more ease and resilience by changing how we relate to stress, anxiety, and pain. During the MBSR participants will learn how to practice various forms of guided meditation and practically integrate mindfulness into many aspects of their lives including challenges, relationships, communication, and self care. Upon completion participants experience reduced stress, anxiety, pain, reactivity and improved sleep, relationships, and awareness.
