Opening up about personal struggles isn’t easy, which is why I prioritize you having a space where you feel comfortable being yourself — with no judgment, just understanding. Whether you’re dealing with addiction, an eating disorder, anxiety, or navigating life’s challenges, I want therapy to be somewhere you feel safe and supported.
It can be intimidating to start therapy, so I work hard to create a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere where you can open up at your own pace. I believe we all deserve to be heard and that it’s my job to help you take charge of your healing journey.
I work with young adults, adolescents and individuals dealing with eating disorders, addiction, and mood and anxiety challenges. I like helping people through the tough stuff — from trauma to life transitions. I tailor my approach to each person’s unique circumstances. My style is flexible, drawing on different therapeutic techniques.
I have 6+ years of experience and I am known for creating a warm, non-judgmental space for you to talk about and process things you perhaps never have. I provide structure and flexibility enough for you to feel like I've got you. I offer in person (Kitchener) and virtual therapy sessions. I look forward to meeting you :)
