My clinical focus is single-incident and complex trauma, and the anxiety and depression that often come with it. At Wholetherapy, our clinicians start with safety and stabilization, then use EMDR and other trauma therapies to help painful memories lose their hold. I use an integrative trauma therapy approach, starting with safety and stability. Mindfulness and DBT and CBT skills help with coping, and parts work (like IFS) helps clients understand their internal landscape.
