I offer a variety of treatment modalities including trauma treatment through Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). As an Indigenous therapist, I strive to incorporate a wholistic approach that considers your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health. I will meet you where you are in your healing journey to help you to identify and achieve goals that are meaningful to you.
