I am a licensed psychotherapist, couple and family therapist, and social worker. I completed both my degrees in social and couple and family therapy at McGill University. During my training I worked intensively in family psychiatry and received specialized training in working with couples affected by complex trauma.
I draw predominantly on attachment theory, emotionally focused therapy, and family systems to provide an integrative approach that keeps you at the centre of your therapy. I provide a trauma-informed, culturally safe, and affirmative space for all genders, sexualities, and relationship orientations.
