The decision to seek therapy often comes at a time in our lives when are faced with crisis or an accumulation of burden that impedes our daily living. My goal is to provide clients with a safe, unbiased, and non-judgmental space to work through these challenges, find hope, and improve overall wellbeing. I am a Registered Social Worker with a Bachelor of Science in Behaviour, Cognition and Neuroscience and a Master of Social Work. My approach stems from my understanding of the biological aspects of psychology and how this influences our ability to work through challenging circumstances.
From a strengths-based perspective I provide specialized support for anxiety and depression, illness adjustment, caregiver burnout, relationship issues, and life transitions.
