| Français I work with adults of all ages with the aim of helping them navigate whatever issues might be bringing them to therapy, such as anxiety, depression, personality disorders, relationship issues, difficult transitions, or trauma. I have a great deal of experience working with diverse populations and a particular passion for providing a safe and inclusive space for members of marginalized communities, especially LGBTQIA+ individuals. I use evidence-based therapeutic interventions, drawing mostly from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
I have a Masters of Education in Counselling Psychology from the University of Ottawa, and I am both a licensed guidance with the OCCOQ and a licensed psychotherapist with the OPQ. I am fully bilingual, offering services in both English and French, and my approach to therapy is client-centred, meaning I always lead with acceptance, openness, and empathy.
