I am happy you're here! Therapy is a valuable process that helps you gain insight into yourself and fosters healing and self-discovery. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and I offer a supportive environment for clients addressing a variety of issues, including trauma and abuse, childhood trauma, anxiety, interpersonal relationships, eating disorders, couples work and stress/burnout through a trauma-informed lens.

I have extensive experience working with adults, children, couples and first responders through complex issues. I draw from a mix of approaches such as Dialect behavioural therapy (DBT), Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Somatic and Polyvagal practices while tailoring my methods to meet each person's needs. Additionally, I am also trained in EMDR.
