Life is hard, and mental health support is something we all need at some point or another. I'm here to offer that support to you virtually in B.C. I work best with adults who are motivated to heal, grow, or change, but who might not quite know how. I am proud to be 2S.LGBTQIA+, gender-affirming, neurodiversity-affirming, BIPOC-allied, and trauma-informed. Being person-centered means I recognize the value of your experience and innate ability to heal, even if life experiences may have made that difficult to do on your own. I take an integrative approach to meeting you where are. I use EMDR; Clinical Hypnosis; mindfulness-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT); Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT); Internal Family Systems (IFS/Parts Work); Narrative Therapy; Compassion Focused Therapy and more.
I work with trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, purpose/goals, sex/sexuality, gender issues, 2S.LGBTQIA+ topics, ADHD and Autism Spectrum, issues related to being a high-achieving person, relationships, communication, and more. I'm always open to discussing any issue, and can help with a referral if something is outside my expertise.
