I offer holistic, accessible and personalized psychotherapy, counselling and education. I offer care and support to anyone experiencing challenges related to anxiety, depression, post traumatic stress, grief and loss, self-esteem issues, relationships, parenthood, workplace stress or conflict and life transitions.
I have additional training to support clients with oncology (cancer) experiences, infertility, perinatal medical complexity, high risk pregnancy/birth, perinatal/birth trauma, near-miss experiences, NICU journeys, perinatal loss (including TMFR). Therapy and counselling sessions are offered virtually, in-person outdoors (ecotherapy) and in-home.

NICU Support Group
This 6-week, closed therapy group will connect you with others with similar lived experiences. You will learn about common experiences during and after a NICU stay, including Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders, Trauma and Grief and develop strategies and tools for coping.
