I believe in our individual and collective capacity to heal and transform, and that we do not need to walk that path alone. I work at the intersection of healing trauma and social justice, often with people who are searching for a way back to safety, dignity and belonging after rupture in their relationships. I am deeply aware of how legacies of trauma and oppression shape our bodies and the stories we tell, and that our individual pathways to healing are also collective and shaped by our contexts. Our survival strategies are wise, and sometimes we need help finding our way back to connection - with ourselves, others and the land.
I am a queer practitioner who values collaboration, consent, curiosity and creativity. From an integrative and relational approach, I work with somatic practices, exploring stories, mindfulness, self-expression and practical life skills. I specialize in grief, chronic pain and illness, relationships, complex trauma, queer and neuro-affirming care.
Sometimes we learn to push our needs aside to survive. If those survival patterns get stuck, we can work toward updating them by expanding possibility and meeting our needs again as we root into trust, honesty, capacity and desire.
