Are you looking for a soft place to land? My intention is to offer a welcoming space where you can be yourself and share your thoughts, feelings and experiences without fear of judgement. I enjoy supporting people who are navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, chronic stress, loneliness, issues related to identity and self-worth, and other challenges of being human. I also offer preparation and integration support for people who use psychedelics.
I use an evidence-based, trauma-informed approach rooted in Adlerian psychology to help you recognize your strengths, practice resourcing strategies, and improve your relationships with yourself and others. Depending on your values, needs and wishes, we may address physical, psychological, social and existential/spiritual aspects of your wellbeing.
You're welcome to book a free 15-minute meet and greet with me to see if you might like to work together. I would be happy to chat with you and answer any questions you might have.
