As a holistic clinical counsellor (RCC), I work with those who’ve often felt out of place in a world that wasn’t built with them in mind—I’m talking about the neurodivergent (ADHD, Autistic, AuDHD) individuals and highly sensitive souls (HSP) who are done contorting themselves to fit in and ready to return to their whole, authentic self—unmasked.
I strive to make therapy like a sanctuary—safe enough to drop the mask, so the hidden parts of you can be seen and heard, maybe for the first time. My approach is trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, intersectional feminist, and non-pathologizing. Grounded in neuroplasticity, I believe the brain, body are built to heal, it just requires continuous space & care.
If aligned, I draw from IFS, somatics, narrative therapy, & ancestral healing, weaving in nervous system education and guided visualizations.
