Hello! I am a Registered Psychotherapist with over 14 years of experience providing counselling and psychotherapy services to a diverse, adult population. As an adjunct clinical professor, I supervised and trained junior colleagues and student therapists for over 5 years. Finding a therapist you "click with" is one of the best predictors of positive outcome in therapy. I value getting to know who you are aside from your presenting concerns and developing a genuine, human connection. Using evidence-based practice, I will pull from different models of therapy to tailor my approach to your specific needs and who you are as a person.
I use an integrative, evidence-based approach that is person-centred, trauma-informed, strength-based, and change-oriented. I firmly believe that therapy is both a science and an art. As we work together, I will use both creativity and evidence-based practice to support you in pursuit of your goals and living your life according to your values.
