I am Elnaz. I am a registered clinical counsellor based in Coquitlam, BC. As part of my training, I worked with individuals who were in crisis or were suicidal. I also worked with individuals suffering from a variety of issues, such as depression, anxiety, addiction, and ADHD. I help couples and families with conflict resolution and effective communication skills. I specialized in working with individuals dealing with ADHD. Since I am a Gestalt therapist, I focus on the individual as a whole and help them achieve their wholeness while I am considering all the aspects of their lives.

Coming from a multicultural background and having training in various fields, I specialize in areas such as relationship issues, couple and family conflicts, stress and anxiety, ADHD, grief, trauma, pregnancy loss, infertility, motherhood, life transition, career transition, perfectionism, self-esteem issues, identity crisis, and cultural identity.

I help individuals find answers to their problems by considering all aspects of their lives, embracing change where it's needed, and finding the roots of their problems.
